Fitness After Stroke

There is evidence that exercise improves stroke recovery by controlling weight, controlling high blood pressure and fighting depression. The class is offered two times per week and is instructed by a registered physiotherapist. Each class consists of a proper warm up, cool down and exercises that challenge endurance, balance and strength.
